Privacy notice
AetherStudio processes only the data needed to supply and operate the Sila Experience.
Data
We process contact and billing details, Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, consent records, access status, support correspondence and security records. Stripe receives card details; AetherStudio does not store full card numbers. A one-way hash of the normalized email address supports optional internal reporting of distinct people. The public counter counts confirmed EUR 9 payments, and no supporter identity is shown publicly.
Purposes
Data is used to supply the Experience, maintain access, operate the verified counter, meet accounting and legal duties, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Marketing requires separate consent.
Providers
Stripe processes payments and Cloudflare provides hosting, security and limited campaign data storage. Their published safeguards apply to any processing outside the EEA.
Retention
Abandoned checkout intents are retained for up to 30 days where operationally possible. Payment, consent and accounting records are retained for the applicable Belgian statutory and limitation periods. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights

Tracking
The Sila site uses no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. Strictly necessary security and checkout technologies may be used.
